A de-matting service will ONLY be offered to clients whose dog are of suitable age and where the matting is localised and not severe.

 

Any form of matting may leave a irritation and scratch lines on the skin after the grooming process to remove the mat, please be aware that this may cause the dog to become more sensitive and itchy this could cause the dog to bleed if the itching is severe a warm water will relax the skin.

 

This service is an extra charge of £10.00 depending on how server and the time added on to the groom, it is always best to bring your dog in to be assessed and checked on a regular basis if they are prone to matting - our recommendation is every 4 weeks minimum!

Causing an animal any type of pain and or suffering is in contravention of the new animal welfare act. This includes matting.

IF YOUR DOG IS SEVERELY MATTED IT COULD POSSIBLY BE A VET JOB, AS THE DOG MAY NEED TO BE SEDATED TO AVOID DISCOMFORT

Due to multiple no shows, a £10 deposit is required as soon as you book with Gracie's Grooming.

This £10 will be included in the final price - It is NOT Extra!. I can not hold appointments without a deposit.
